Good News Network

The Good News Network is a breath of fresh, positive air in the often negative online news atmosphere. GNN had an existing Joomla! site they had used for many years and had collected over 14,000 stories during that time. Their site has 17,000 users, receives 220,000 unique visitors per month, and has a total of almost 2 million monthly page views.

 

Having outgrown the old site, GNN selected Creative Cat Media and two other developers to build a new WordPress site. Our work for the site focused on the front-end development. In the end, it was a very good story!

A theme that would best handle the style and volume of articles was selected then we designed the look and feel and built the front-end of the site. Working with the back-end developer who converted all the old articles, we launched a versatile and robust new WordPress site.
